FINALLY-LOCKSMITHS RESPOND TO AD-REALLY?

Like most trades, Flam's has been looking for good, experienced and ethical help for the last 3 years. Well, we finally interviewed 2 potential candidates in the last 2 weeks, each with over 10 years of experience, and thought, wow, maybe now we don't have to close for lunch. NOT!

As part of our interview process we send candidates with our field techs to see what they can do on the job and get feed back from our employees. The first one, who was making salary plus commission on his last job, asked us why we were fixing a lock when we could make more replacing it. The second candidate asked why we picked a lock open instead of telling our customer it couldn't be picked and then replacing it. They did not understand when we told them that ethics and taking care of our customers were the culture of Flam's. They were not interested in a job where their commissions would be lower because it required doing the right thing. But the companies they work for charge a low service call charge and many think Flam's is too expensive. Think again!
