Unfortunately there is only one person in charge of this "task force" and it has already been made known that they will not be enforcing it. Supposedly our new Mayor is an animal lover so our group is hoping that with massive pressure everyone can get him to enforce it.
Being a foster family has been very rewarding. Sometimes the kids do get more attached than we do but it is a good life lesson for them. The more fosters we have the more dogs we can save! They provide everything the dog will need. (food, collar, leash and all approved medical care) all the foster provides is a safe home and love! The streets were blocked off by lapd cars south of Ventura, at Hazeltine and Stansbury avenue. They made us stay inside for At least two hours. We never heard if they caught the tan shirt man or not. We felt well protected however
