Video: Parents Who Lost Son Hit by Car Seek to Prevent Another Tragedy

Notre Dame High School and the community install 'speed trailer' in an attempt to make traffic safer on Woodman Avenue.

The parents of 16-year-old Conor Lynch, who was run over and killed last year by a motorist on Woodman Avenue near Notre Dame High School, returned to the site of the accident and took part in an attempt to make the busy street safer.

Jeri Dye Lynch and Mark Lynch joined with traffic safety officers and students at Notre Dame on Thursday to help set up a "speed trailer" on Woodman Avenue in front of the school as a way to slow down traffic and reduce the chance of accidents.
