Police Captain in Charge of Sherman Oaks

Captain Paul Snell is a 27-year veteran of the Los Angeles Police Department. He has worked in a wide variety of assignments.

Great work! Community Policing is all to often an empty phrase. I have high hopes and believe Captain Snell will do a very good job in his new position.
