There are numerous thefts reported. What kind of thefts are they? Are these from muggings?

When you look at the thefts and they are many, it becomes apparent that these thefts are systematic. It should be very easy to apprehend the suspects since it appears that they are either walking along looking in cars. Also, if they report what types of items were stolen out of these cars then the public could be on the look out, if some one approach them trying to sell the items. A quick call to 911 would help, if a person is trying to sell stolen items. I am guessing this is a junkie that need a fix. Look at the time. Early morning then stop resumes at 6pm. Clearly, this appears to be the work of the same person or people. Hope a stake out it done with a fake car and the suspects are apprehended.
