Walker Attacked

6:30am today my friend was attacked by a man of medium dark skin and dark hair who was about 25 wearing a dark blue hoodie and black jeans.  He acted as though he spoke on a phone but she thought it strange she didnt hear him speak as he passed.  She was walking her 2 dogs.  After he passed he came up behind her and very roughly pulled her pants and panties down.  In shock she screamed and he ran off.  This happened on Cedros between Addison and Hesby.  On Cedros there are no doors facing the street.  Please tell your neighbors.  She delivered flyers today to about 50 homes.  If you know someone in the area with security cameras please have them let the  police know.  Be safe...
