VALLEY GLEN FESTIVAL PROMISES PLENTY OF FAMILY FUN THIS YEAR;

GREAT BBQ AND KIDS ACTIVITIES; RAFFLE GRAND PRIZE APPLE IPAD
The annual Valley Glen Festival promises plenty of family fun this year. It will be held Sunday, May 18th from 12 noon until 4:00 p.m. at the southeat corner of Valley Glen Community Park, Ethel and Delano Street. Information is available at www.valleyglen.org. Raffle prizes this year include a new Apply iPad, restaurant certificates for two, gift baskets and more. Raffle tickets, six for $5.00 and 12 for $10.00 are on sale now. An outdoor barbecue will offer hamburgers, hot dogs, grilled chicken and vegan burgers along with all the fixings. BBQ tickets are $10.00 for adults and $4.00 for children under 12. Anyone bringing a potluck side dish or dessert will receive a free raffle ticket.
Free entertainment includes a moon bounce, games, crafts and activities for kids as well as a bubble bottle giveaway. The Valley Glen Fire Department and fire truck will also be on hand.
