Gas Prices in Sherman Oaks Vary Widely
Take a look at the gas prices in Sherman Oaks—they differ by up to 30 cents per gallon, depending on where you fill up.
As gasoline prices begin to edge up again, Sherman Oaks saw a 30-cent difference Thursday between the highest and lowest price per gallon.
Location has something to do with that. Generally, if you buy gas at a station that is near a freeway on/off ramp, you will pay more.

The highest price of gasoline on Thursday was found at the 76 station on the corner of Van Nuys Boulevard and Riverside Drive, which was charging $3.99 per gallon. The cheapest was at the ARCO at Burbank Boulevard and Hazeltine Avenue, which was charging $3.69 per gallon.
