Home mortgage interest rates are at their lowest level in decades.
Each week we ask a local realtor to provide us with a list of the open houses this weekend in Sherman Oaks. Realtors tell us that home mortgage rates have now reached their lowest level in decades, and that this is an excellent time to buy a home since prices have dropped about 25% from their levels of several years ago.
Homes and condominiums in Sherman Oaks start at prices in the low 200-thousands and go as high as $3-million for larger homes in the hills.
