My first apartment in the Valley was in Studio City so it will always have a special place in my heart.  I share my cottage with two "treadmills" - Zoe (4 from the pound) and Mollie (3) who was dumped in the desert and needed a home.  My cottage is also full of books (on music and France) , DVDs (love British comedies) and music (my greatest love). 

I lost my weight with Weight Watchers and am proud to lead meetings in the new Studio City location on Monday evenings and Thursday evenings.  There is where I unleash my true passion -- motivating and inspiring people, through weight and life management skills, to create and live the life they were destined to live.   Through the process, I became a foodie with an attitude....love to eat and dine! 

My next project with my members (and anyone else) is to organize "Come to Your Senses" weekends where we go away to beautiful resorts to decompress, make friends, engage in fun activities and practice the art of a healthy mind, body and spirit.  My partner in this new ad(venture) is Willett Travel.

Currently, I'm working on a French Specialist Certification to help others discover the enchanted France.  It's my favorite place in the world.  A lover of all music, I currently serve as the  Membership Chair of the Los Angeles Philharmonic Affiliates at Large.  Interested in joining?  Email me at:  MemberChair@yahoo.com.
