I am a writer, author, mother, and according to my children, a "Mom Goddess". I have been a reporter for more than ten years with my last stint being for the Los Angeles Times in their community news division.

I chase helicopters, police cars, and interesting leads when it comes to news. I have won several merit awards, an investigative journalism award, and a pair of silver handcuffs for my cops and crime coverage.
