This location was one of the first three high schools to open in all of San Fernando Valley.</p> <p>Van Nuys High School has appeared in many films most notably as Rydell High School in the movie, <em>Grease</em>. Students from Sherman Oaks, Van Nuys and Valley Glen all attend this campus.</p>
