Notre Dame Track Star Shines at Relays
Junior sprinter Khalfani Muhammad added to his impressive season on Friday.
Khalfani Muhammad, a junior at Notre Dame High School, racked up three vicorties at the Mt. Sac College Relays on Friday night, winning the 100 meter sprint, the 200 meter sprint, and anchoring the 4 x 100 relay.
Muhammad registered a time of 10.55 in the 100 meter sprint, only .01 seconds off of his state-leading mark of 10.54.
In the 200, Muhammad finished with a time of 21.32 and in the 4 x 100 relay, Notre Dame finished with a time of 41.45.
