Here are a few facts about Women's Fitness Boot Camp...
*4-9 inches - The average number of inches lost in the first 6-weeks...3.5 inches just in that "bulge" in the waist and hips! and 2% body fat dropped! (that's at least a pant-size, ladies!)
*300-600 - The average calories burned in a single workout. . .when is the last time you had FUN burning that many calories? This doesn't include the calories you'll burn throughout the day because you started your day with our fat-burning Boot Camp workouts!
*3 Days/Week - You'll be accountable to working out in Boot Camp three days each week. Workouts are designed specifically for maximal fat burn combining cardio and resistance training for all fitness levels.

What fitness levels do we accept? All...from the kickstarter to the workout queen. We've cleverly designed our workouts so that our personal trainers can modify each workout to make it more or less intense depending on your fitness level as long as you are in general good health.
