What Will Happen In Las Vegas Will Not Stay There

Today I am leaving town to attend the No More Homeless Pets conference in Las Vegas.  As in previous years, the conference is sponsored by Best Friends Animal Society, which is renowned throughout the country.*   This is my first time attending the conference, and I am extremely excited to be meeting people from across the country whose objectives are to learn how successful no-kill animal shelters function and to get ideas about how to enlist the public to help turn around the crisis that innocent animals have been forced into.

In my case, what happens in Las Vegas will not stay there.

I plan to blog about new information and ideas, which I have not written about before, and I hope that I will be able to count on you, my neighbors, friends, and family to support all efforts to see a more humane society emerge.  I have also attached a well-written article for your consideration.

As always, if you have ideas or suggestions to help the animals, there are lots of us who are all ears.  Moreover, there are a lot of ears and paws waiting for loving families at your local animal shelter.
