Neighborhood Council Launches 'Pothole Lottery'

Sherman Oaks Neighborhood Council to spend $10,000 on a program to repair the worst potholes in town.

A "Pothole Lottery" program is being launched by the Sherman Oaks Neighborhood Council in an effort to repair some of the worst street potholes in town.

People can enter the lottery by submitting their candidates for the worst potholes in Sherman Oaks. The Neighborhood Council will then decide which ones get repaired.
