Rep. Brad Sherman (D-Sherman Oaks), who is engaged in a reelection battle with fellow Democratic Rep. Howard Berman (D-Valley Village) and two Republican candidates, appeared at a meeting of the Sherman Oaks Neighborhood Council. This year's redistricting put both incumbents in the same San Fernando Valley congressional district.
