The Los Angeles Police Department's Cadet Program will be starting January 28.

Community: **LAPD Van Nuys Community Relations** has an important message for you! **LAPD Cadets Program begins 01/28/12**.

"Do you know a young person between the ages of 13-20 that likes to help others, does good in school and is motivated to challenge him/herself? Then please tell them about the "free" LAPD Cadet Program. (Formerly known as the LAPD Explorers) Van Nuys Division holds Cadet meetings at the police station every Thursday from 5:00pm-7:30pm at 6240 Sylmar Ave. in Van Nuys. A new Cadet Academy will be starting on January 28th so be sure to get signed up now. For more information, please call Officer Grzelkowska or Kolb at (818) 374-9415 or (818) 374-9456."
