Pedestrian Struck and Killed in Van Nuys
A man is dead after being struck by a car on Victory Boulevard Saturday night.
A man crossing Victory Boulevard was fatally struck by a BMW, police said Sunday.
The accident at Sylmar Avenue was reported about 9 p.m. Saturday, according to Los Angeles police with the Valley Traffic Division.
The 20-year-old BMW driver, who was headed west on Victory when his 3-series car struck the man, was questioned by police but not immediately cited in connection with the death, pending an investigation.

The name of the fatally injured man was unavailable early today.
