A man suffered a non-life-threatening wound in a shooting in Van Nuys Wednesday night, police said.
The shooting happened around 10:15 p.m. in the 6100 block of Hazeltine Avenue, near Oxnard Street, said Sgt. Steven Gottschalk of the Los Angeles Police Department's Van Nuys Station.
The circumstances leading up to the shooting were unclear.
"He's being a little uncooperative and we have no witnesses that I know of," Gottschalk said.
