Dog shot by BB gun!

Heads up to dog owners near Vanowen and Katherine.  There has been an ongoing problem with a neighbor shooting out windows of cars, houses, and street lamps with a BB gun.  This morning, he shot a dog, hitting him in the tail.  The dog was taken to the vet, the pellet removed, and the wound treated.  The dog owner reported the neighbor to police but so far, no arrests have been made. 
Please be careful walking your dogs in this neighborhood.  This man is dangerous, and his crimes are escalating.
