Hilary Duff was grocery shopping at Whole Foods in Sherman Oaks, but she looked like she needed a helping hand, cradling her son in one arm while pulling soda pop off the shelves with another.  Lucy Hale (who is one of the "Pretty Little Liars" at ABC Family) was spotted by paparazzi at Whole Foods, too, bagging her groceries and walking out to the car. Just Wednesday, Ashley Tisdale was seen at the same grocery store buying some veggies. . . .
