No, the "Born in East L.A." star Cheech Marin isn't in East L.A. He's in Van Nuys.
Levi Ponce, the muralist who did portraits of Frida Kahlo and Danny Trejo in Pacoima and Arleta, finished up this mural at Bartree Avenue and Van Nuys Boulevard on the side of a liquor store last November.
The mural contains the Van Nuys Airport and depicts the 1987. Fellow muralists Steve Acevedo, Erica Friend and Leonardo Tejeda helped finish it.
The exact address is 13958 Van Nuys Boulevard.
