When it comes to great Mexican food, or the best burrito in town, the competition in Sherman Oaks was fierce, let's face it there is lots of excellent Mexican food available here.
People who voted in our poll chose Casa Vega as the bistro that serves the tastiest burritos.
Casa Vega, which is the oldest Mexican restaurant in town received 27% of the vote. Second place in our poll went to Tony's Mexican Grill, which garnered 20% of the votes cast.
El Rancho and Pico Pica both received 10% of the vote. My favorite place, Deli Mex, came in last place; but that won't stop me from going there, Deli Mex cooks great family style Mexican dishes.
We'd like you to tell us which of the Mexican restaurants below serves the best burrito. The list includes Casa Vega, which is one of the most well known and oldest Mexican bistros in the Valley. And there are some outstanding new places like Deli Mex, which I call the best Mexican restaurant you never heard of.
