The new owners of the restaurant at 13625 W. Ventura Blvd. in Sherman Oaks is asking for a renewed liquor license from the City Planning Department.
On July 29, Michael Gonzalez asked for an environmental action report and a license at 13625 Ventura Blvd. where Mr. Cecil's California Ribs once stood.
The request is to continue the full line of alcohol sales at the location.
