'This Vs. That' Series Gets Start in Sherman Oaks Garage
Three locals create new science series.
Local filmmaker Jon Hotchkiss turned his Sherman Oaks garage into an editing room and created a scientific TV series.
Joining Hotchkiss on camera are Mark DeCarlo, Brad Sherwood and Chris Tallman and now he's ready to share the series to the world.
In his garage are two Avids where he does the editing for the show, called This vs. That which pits a variety of issues. Is a Prius a good hybrid to drive? Dogs vs. cats? Is natural gas vs. propane better? What is the fastest way to board a jet plane, (front vs. back).All sorts of issues are explored.
