The Valley Watercolor Society will be holding its monthly meeting on Thursday, October 13 at 7:30 at the Encino Community Center, 4935 Balboa Blvd., Encino. The meeting will feature a demonstration by Fealing Lin, whose paintings combine impressionistic strokes and semi-abstract techniques to elicit life and movement in her works.
