Community Update

The Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors today awarded a $139 million design-build contract for a San Fernando Valley facility that will offer health and social services from seven county departments in one place.

The five-story, 212,000-square-foot office building will be built on roughly 7 acres along Van Nuys Boulevard near Saticoy Street, currently the site of the Mid-Valley Comprehensive Health Center. Mid-Valley will remain open during and after construction.
