Land Use Committee to Discuss Pawn Shop

The Sherman Oaks Neighborhood Council Land Use Committee will meet Thursday night at 6:30 PM at the Sherman Oaks Senior Center, where they will be considering three community items. 

• The change of use from a gym and bank at 14708 Ventura to a restaurant and medical office
• An over height fence in the set back at 14400 Valley Vista.
• A Conditional Use Permit to allow a Pawn Shop at 13946 Ventura near Colbath.
• The Committee will also review the Board Policy on committee procedures, as well as its own procedures.

The public is welcome to attend Thursday's meeting and express opinions during the public comment period.
