Fourth District City Councilman Tom LaBonge will make his second public appearance in Sherman Oaks on Wednesday, as he is set to address residents at Wednesday's Sherman Oaks Homeowner's Association meeting.
LaBonge, who attended the beginning portion of Monday's Sherman Oaks Neighborhood Council meeting, is expected to answer questions from residents regarding issues affecting the local community.

The social hour and dinner portion of the evening, catered by Casa Vega Restaurant, will begin at 6:15 p.m. The official meeting will begin at 7 p.m. at Sherman Oaks Notre Dame High School.
