Mark Schuette said it's a fun and safe new way of walking your dog.
Lots of people love to walk their dogs in and around Studio City and Sherman Oaks, so Schuette wants us to check out these new dog/human powered rigs.
He said it offers "unlimited dog exercise under excellent dog control thus safer, more fun and a new urban mushing sport!"
It's a dog-powered scooter called Practical Urban Mushing, and it's good for Pit Bulls or blind or deaf dogs or good control for aggressive dogs.
