Sunday: 5K Run/Walk in Honor of Conor Lynch: Send Us Your Photos

Come on down and join the crowd; this event will benefit programs that promote safety in the streets. Send photos to Doug.Kriegel@Patch.com

This inaugural event is in honor of Conor Lynch, the 16-year-old Notre Dame High School student who lost his life while crossing Woodman Avenue in Sherman Oaks last year.

Conor was a cross-country runner. The event on Sunday is a fundraiser to benefit new and existing programs that raise awareness and promote the safety of pedestrians, runners, cyclists and young drivers.
