Sexual predator in Sherman oaks

This WARNING was posted June 19 on our Nextdoor.com site by an area captain from LAPD Officer Cabunoc:
We have had three incidents of Sexual Battery/assaults in the area. The suspect is described as a Male Hispanic or White, Black/brown hair and brown eyes, 507-509 in height and 145-160 lbs, approx 20-25 years old.
The suspect walks pass the victim, turns and from behind grabs their buttocks while pulling down their pants and panties. The suspect then flees on foot. Suspect has targeted the three women while they walked their dogs. Suspect has not been seen with a weapon and has made no threats.
