Broadway Performer Turned Teacher Coming To Encino - New Book In September!
Jen Hopson, the former Broadway performer-turned first grade teacher, is launching her children's brand Dill Purple Geniuses with her first children's book Pookie and the Lost Shoe in Los Angeles! She will be appearing at Storyopolis (16740 Ventura Blvd, Encino, CA 91436) on Saturday, September 7th at 2:00 PM for a reading, sing-a-long, and book signing!

About Jen Hopson
As a teacher, singer, songwriter, and author, Jennifer has appeared in Broadway’s “The Lion King” and in productions of “The Wiz,” “Little Shop of Horrors,” and “1940’s Radio Hour.” She obtained her Master’s Degree in Education, where she began writing educational songs and clever stories that focused on motivating and inspiring children. Because she knows firsthand that music is the universal language, she’s married her performing and teaching life to create a unique approach to learning.
