SOHA to Hold 9/11 Memorial

City councilman Tom LaBonge will serve as a guest speaker at Tuesday's 9/11 memorial event.

The Sherman Oaks Homeowners Association will hold a 9/11 memorial event on Tuesday evening.

The event will be held at the fire station located at 5101 N. Sepulveda Boulevard in Sherman Oaks, one of the largest fire stations on the west coast.

Portions of the World Trade Center and the Pentagon will be on display, and city councilman Tom LaBonge will serve as one of several guest speakers, including Los Angeles city controller Wendy Greuel, LAPD chaplain Ron Carter, LAFD fire chief Brian Cummings, and LAFD battalion chief Joe Castro.
